If the items are out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the email address or the telephone number provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or receive no reply to an email we will continue to process the order for the remaining items.


All items are subject to availability.


We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Maestro and Delta. We take payment from your card, using Paypal, at the time of order.


The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order.


We may not accept your order for the following reasons:

  • We have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • The product you ordered is out of stock.
  • We have identified a pricing or product description error.


If we have accepted payment, but are subsequently unable to process your order, we will issue you a refund as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days after the order is placed.
